Take the hassle out of camping, and experience “glamping”— or as we like to call it, “boutique camping”— in our brand-new canvas bell tents. Each tent sits on our shared campground, Base Camp, beneath towering trees and is bordered by a spectacular rock face. Walk along the crystal clear winding stream, take a swim in the small swimming hole, or just listen to the gentle bubbling water right from your bed. Mingle with friends around the bonfire in our 9-foot-wide fire pit under a canopy of 60 foot evergreens and the warm glow of string lights. Each tent features a queen size bed with luxurious bedding, vintage rugs, and hand-picked eclectic furniture.

20 foot tents: $129/night

$20 additional for the third guest in the 20' tent

Inside of your Bell Tent

  • Your choice of 200 square feet of living space (16 ft tent) or 300 square feet of living space (20 ft tent).

  • Each tent has a Queen Bed with luxurious bedding

  • Bath Towels

  • 1 Basic Camp Cot in the 20 ft tent only (Please bring your own pillow and linens if you are using our cot).

  • Table and two chairs in the 20 ft tent, and two chairs in the 16 ft tent.

  • Dresser and mirror

  • Extra warm blankets

  • A fan that can be plugged in to the outdoor outlet and brought in the tent

  • Battery powered lantern and light (with charging capabilities on outlet) and one flashlight provided.

  • Cooler

  • French Press, ground coffee, tea with two mugs

  • Small backpacking stove provided

  • Basic cleaning supplies (wipes, broom and dustpan) provided

  • First aid kit

Check In/Check Out: Check in is from 4pm-8pm. Please contact us if you are checking in after 8 pm. Check out is 11 am.

Parking: Our parking lot is located about 500 feet from Base Camp. We provide you with a heavy-duty terrain utility wagon to place your items in while you walk to your tent. Walking will include going down a steep gravel hill, so we recommend not booking a tent if you have any health issues or physical difficulties.

Face to Face Interaction: Our face-to-face availability varies and depends on when you are staying. We have staff that live nearby if their is an emergency and are always near our phones if you need anything.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are in effect from 12:00 am until 8:00 am.

Property Rules: We love pets, but unfortunately they are not permitted at Base Camp since it is a shared space. No smoking permitted. No glass bottles please. We do not recommend booking a tent if you have any health or physical difficulties. Not suitable for infants and children 2 and under. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult/cannot have their own tent. Must be at least 23 and over to rent a tent.

Cancellation: 100% due at time of booking. All paid prepayments are non-refundable. A refundable damage deposit of $50.00 is due at the time of booking.
